Alzheimer's Caregiver Support Group
This group is designed to provide emotional, educational and social support for caregivers through regularly scheduled meetings. The group helps participants develop methods and skills to solve problems. This group meets at St. Paul's on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 2 p.m. For more details, please contact the church office.
Start enjoying the health benefits of this great mat exercise class: increased strength and flexibility, especially in the abdomen and back; improved coordination – both muscular and mental; improved posture, body alignment and balance; enhanced overall toning of the whole body. The Health Ministry The Health Ministry's goal is to comfort and serve those with health challenges and to promote churchwide awareness of healthy habits through its programs. Committee members coordinate and volunteer with health-related projects throughout the year, such as health screenings, fellowship events, support groups and workshops.
