It’s that time of year to take part in the tradition of Outdoor Movie Night! This year the movie will be the live action Cinderella. We would love to see you there, but we also need your help! For the last 15+ years, the St. Paul’s senior high youth have been responsible for working the concession stand.

This year instead of hot dogs and brats, we will be selling ice cream sundaes and floats! This event is a great chance to get service hours for school, and to mingle with friends and members of the congregation. And as always, your friends are welcome to join us!

What is an Outdoor Movie?

This is when we project the movie onto the outside wall of the church building. The community and congregation are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs and blankets.

Don't miss our rollout meeting this Wednesday, September 18 at 7:00 p.m. to hear Pastor explain our reenvisioned youth ministry, called "Abide7," based on seven deliberate connection points with today's teens.

Are you the parent of a highschooler? Have you heard from your teenager about the exciting new direction of our youth program?

Dozens of our highschoolers met with Pastor Thomson to roundtable their ideas and explain from uniquely teen perspectives what they want and need to stay connected to their church and to Christ.

Gather in the third floor youth room. Although discussion will be geared to parents, youth are welcome to attend.

Highschoolers and parents: keep up with our schedule, youth events and activities on Instagram. At SeniorHighSPY we post photos, reminders of upcoming events, discussion topics and more.

As young adults, our post-Confirmation age youth are encouraged to participate in our inter-generational adult Bible studies, together with family or peers. On any given Sunday, you'll find high school students sitting together in a Bible class, actively involved, commenting and sharing in the discussion.

High School Puppeteers

St. Paul's puppeteer troupe is a fun, high-energy and creative ministry for high school students.  If you've ever seen a St. Paul's H.I.S. Puppeteers performance, you know that this isn't your average puppet show!

Our practice schedule is teen-friendly with weekly summer practices, plus Sunday mornings in August and September. In the fall and winter, the troupe takes the show on the road to area Lutheran churches (usually monthly), sharing a Christ-centered Gospel message.
