MOPS: Mothers of preschoolers

  • New this year: MOPS will alternate between one daytime and one evening meeting a month to allow for both physical distancing and childcare preferences. Please join us for either or both meetings each month!
  • Daytime meetings from 9:00-11:00 a.m. on the third Thursdays of the month, including MOPS Kids childcare.
  • Evening meetings from 7:00-8:30 p.m. on the first Thursdays of the month.
  • What is mops?

Here at MOPS, we are on a mission to celebrate motherhood. MOPS exists to meet the needs of every mom - stay at home, working, single, married - moms with different lifestyles who all share a similar desire to be the very best moms they can be! Raising children is beautiful and hard and having each other to lean on is life-giving. Our group is composed of moms from pregnancy through kindergarten and is a place for friendship, community, support, faith and growth. Together we can embrace the journey of being a mom and change the world in all the best ways.

This special group for moms of children age five and under meets during the school year; children receive their own Bible stories, snacks, crafts, music, and playtime.

  • MOPS 2020-2021 Theme: Decide to rise

This year, we want to tell you two things that will change your life if you believe them: that you are fearfully and wonderfully made; and that you have meaningful work to do that you were made for. This is the year to Be Strong; Do Your Work and Chase Joy.

This year, we want to tell you two things that will change your life if you believe them. First, you are fearfully and wonderfully made. Second, because you are fearfully and wonderfully made, you have work to do; meaningful work that was built into your DNA before you were born. Work that you were made for. Sometimes, we believe that our motherhood is a constraint that limits what we can do in this life. We want to remind you that motherhood isn’t a constraint – it’s a catalyst. This is the year we arise as mothers to awaken a weary and sleeping world. The year to accept and believe that God will fulfill His promises to you, and to embrace your motherhood as a catalyst to His plans and promises for you.
